The 2010 National LTAP/TTAP Conference held July 12-15 in Oklahoma City, OK, was hosted by the Oklahoma State University Center For Local Government and Technology, the parent organization of the Oklahoma LTAP and the Oklahoma TTAP, and organized by the National LTAP Association. The conference drew in 208 attendees this year.

This section includes articles, presentations, video and more from conference proceedings. Additionally, links to topical resources have been added. Conference photos are also now available on an online gallery for viewing and downloading.

This is a pilot presentation of a new NHI/LTAP course for local public works managers. The Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) community has partnered with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to develop these training materials to introduce asset management concepts and provide the guidance needed to get started.
